Pay

• W-2 position
• $20/hour with a guaranteed minimum of $800 gross per week
• All hours actually worked over 40 in a workweek are paid at $32/hour
• One paid meal per workday provided using a company card
• Gas and mileage reimbursed for work-related travel
• $65/month phone allowance

Benefits — after 90 days

• 5 days of paid PTO
• Up to 10 unpaid sick days per year
• Sick Day Reward: If at least 5 of your 10 sick days remain unused at the end of the year, 5 unused sick days convert into 2 additional paid PTO days for the following year. Remaining sick days do not roll over.
• Paid holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day
• Company-paid training and approved certifications
• Company-provided PPE and work clothing
• All required tools and ladders provided by the company

No health insurance is available at this time.

Even during a slow week, your minimum gross pay is $800 per week ($41,600/year).

This is a primarily local and regional travel position.

We also regularly cover Roanoke, Lexington, Richmond, Northern Virginia, Winchester, Moorefield, WV, Elkins, WV, and other locations throughout Virginia and the surrounding region.

There is also occasional long-distance and overnight travel depending on the project.

A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are required. Gas and mileage for work-related travel are reimbursed.

• Must be comfortable with occasional travel and overnight projects

Background checks and drug screenings are required because our technicians may work in schools, government facilities, hospitals, and other secure or restricted commercial environments.

We're looking for someone who is dependable, willing to learn, mechanically inclined, and interested in technology.
